Ran into some issues with mail providers but John has gone above and beyond to make sure things have been taken care of so that I get my prescription. I recently had the pleasure of using Woodbridge Pharmacy for my medication needs, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service. I just moved to the neighborhood and am super pleased with the exceptional care and service I receive from Woodbridge Pharmacy. Phil and Rachel are caring, attentive to detail, and most importantly honest, an attribute hard to find these days. The store itself is clean and approachable, which totally reflects the character of the people here! Highly recommend.

I visited early on Saturday morning and was so touched by the kind explanation. I wasn't familiar with the California insurance system, so I didn't know what to do, but he explained it step by step, and it helped me a lot. I decided to choose here as my primary pharmacy. I can't say enough good things about Woodbridge Pharmacy! Every time I go in, the staff is super friendly and always ready to help out with any questions I have. They really know their stuff. The place is always clean and well-organized, and I've never had trouble finding what I need. They fill prescriptions quickly, and I love that they pay attention to every detail. It’s just a really great pharmacy that makes everything easy. Highly recommend!

ALL of the employees are super nice. They greet you when you walk in. We've had some difficulties transferring RXs or getting authorization from insurance. They've made lots of calls to facilitate these RXs. Try them!

Large chain pharmacies, in particular, tend to prolong the process, encouraging customers to make additional purchases while they wait. In contrast, Woodbridge Pharmacy has prescriptions ready in advance. Every staff member works with precision, safety, and efficiency, minimizing patient wait times. I highly recommend this pharmacy

I really like coming here to Woodbridge Pharmacy! They treat me with courtesy and the employees such as Julie give me the best Customer service and Care. If you want to be treated like a person and not a number I highly recommend that you switch your pharmacy to Woodbridge Pharmacy! I'm so glad I did! And you will be too!
